Andalusia is my home. Inland from the coast, the Alpujarra villages cling to the slopes of the Sierra Nevada, mountain water runs through stone channels in the streets, and in spring the paths are lined with poppies. In Granada, the gardens of the Alhambra and the Generalife are some of the most peaceful places I know. Many of these photographs were made on my photography retreats, walking slowly and noticing the light.
